I had a drummer friend come over and do a test drive on the Junk! drum set and it sounds quite good. A few adjustments but it's very close. I have a 'timpani' as well - an old oil drum - which sounds great. And an old furnace makes a really nice hand drum with the different resonating chambers. How we're going to get this all onstage is another question, but we'll figure that out later.
